Corrections to client-initiated text changes, exceeding 50, requested after design formatting of the interior has begun, is considered “editing” service.
Resubmitted “final” Word doc manuscripts after formatting has begun is considered restarting.
Cover work required or requested on a cover previously prepared by another company or designer, is considered “editing” service.
Hard cover book design and layout is sized differently and considered additional service, unless quoted in the design agreement.
Image searching and/or purchasing for book cover images.
Image editing of over 10 images for the interior, or creating image composites for the cover is additional “image editing”.
ISBN purchase and registration is usually done by the client, therefore an additional fee if this is done by us.
File uploads to online bookstores or printing companies are usually done by the client in their account. We can do it, as an additional service.
Graphic design and/or printing of marketing materials (bookmarks, posters, postcards…)
Rush delivery of book formatting for print, ebook or cover design (required in less than 5 business days).
